Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we head into warmer months and navigate ongoing health concerns, we want to share two important health updates affecting children:
Measles Precautions
There has been an increase in measles cases across the country. Measles is highly contagious and can be serious, especially for children who are not vaccinated. If your child has not received the MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine, please talk to your healthcare provider about options for protection.

Tick Bite Awareness
Tick season is here, and tick bites can lead to illnesses such as Lyme disease. After outdoor play, especially in grassy or wooded areas, check your child for ticks—especially around the scalp, ears, underarms, and behind knees. Early removal reduces the risk of infection.

As always, the health and safety of your children is our top priority. Please contact the school health office with any questions or concerns.
